Because our products include immediate access to digital content, memberships, downloadable resources, and educational materials, purchases of The Village Legacy Vault — including the one-time family enrollment fee and monthly membership charges — are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in writing.

Cancelling Your Membership
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time from your account settings or through paddle.net. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded.
Billing Enquiries
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing enquiries. You can locate your order at paddle.net using the email address used at checkout.
